Diversity and ability among our teaching staff

The faculty at BEM is made up of:

53 permanent professors including 16 international
14 associate professors
6 professors affiliate

Professors contribute to teaching in all programmes (MSc, Specialised Masters, WINE MBA, executive education…), they also have a student support role, and contribute to the development and diffusion of research at BEM.

Professors are supported in their work by teaching assistants and research assistants.

They are allocated to the different academic pole according to their very specific teaching or research expertise or their participation in economic activity at local or even international level. Allocating activity to these 5 different departments is an excellent way of organising all the teaching and research in which an establishment like BEM is necessarily involved.

In order to achieve the levels of academic excellence required for our accreditations, the appointment of faculty is in accordance with the strict criteria required of a top level teaching and research institution like BEM.

Since 2003, 63 visiting professors, and various visiting speakers have contributed to teaching at BEM. These were professors from foreign universities, professionals from industry or consultants who made a valuable contribution to the teaching that we were able to offer.
