Academic poles

The academic organisation of the BEM group is based on 5 poles:

The main objective of these poles is to combine the teaching abilities and research skills that are essential to train the executives of the future. It is they who will be responsible for running companies and organisations involved in economic development.

Each pole has several roles:

  • supervision and academic validation of the content of all the group’s programmes
  • ensuring that the teaching and research policies of BEM become operational
  • managing a team of professors and assistants with a view to constant innovation and improvement
  • involving all stakeholders (teaching and administration) in the process of appropriating and applying principles of globally responsible management (PRME)

Organised in this way around academic pole, the BEM group hopes to be able to give all stakeholders the possibility of providing their own response to the key question concerning their immediate future:

How can innovation be used to help create value, in a perspective of "global responsibility" (societal and environmental)? To this is added the possibility of asking this question in several languages and thus opening up to different world cultures; all of these are indispensable conditions for successful business and economic development, while still respecting differences.
