Decision making and value chain

Pedagogical project

Manager : Mohamed Michrafy

The Decision Making and Value Chain pole provides the theoretical and practical training needed to carry out a project to bring improvements to an organisation, especially in the areas of quality, supply chain and purchasing.

Teaching in this pole therefore focuses on two main areas:

  • Cross-disciplinary courses on information systems, quantitative methods and decision making
  • Courses on the specific themes of quality, supply chain and purchasing.

Thus the pole defines different disciplines of management know-how to encourage the emergence of global and cross-discipline processes and enhance performance.

Teaching methods in the Decision Making and Value Chain pole follow five main directions:

1 - Teaching / learning:
2 - Proportion of national / international features in the courses
3 - Theory / practical experience
4 - Time spent in lectures / personal work outside lectures
5 - Individual work / group work
