The department for Marketing and Customer Relationshipprepares future executive managers for sales and marketing-related functions, both in France and abroad. Typical positions and functions that a graduate might pursue with our specialisation include: product manager, sales management, market research, head of marketing for a SME, export manager, category management…
Our department delivers teaching in all BEM programmes. This cross-functionality is evident in all aspects of our activities:
- Teaching delivered by professors attached to the department
- Research and academic departmental chairs: “e-Commerce and Retail”, “Sales Management”, “Art, culture and Management in Europe”
- Research in the following areas : e-marketing, wine and spirits marketing, agro-food marketing, high-tech marketing, international marketing for SMEs, luxury marketing, strategic marketing, brands, consumer behaviour and communication
- Pedagogy innovations: 3P competition (Project, Packaging Publicity); "Launch project" in partnership with a leading company (Groupe Bongrain, Danone, etc.), John Molson International Case Competition, Wine Business Game ("The French Paradox”).
