Fields of expertise

The activity of the BEM teaching faculty is based on 3 main fields of expertise, with global responsibility at the heart of our strategy.

Global responsibility

This runs through all of our programmes and our activities. The school has structured this process into 5 areas:

  • training managers in the principles of Sustainable Development and in good corporate practices.
  • promoting development which is economically viable, socially fair and which respects the environment
  • supporting research in order to push forward the boundaries of knowledge and business practices
  • adopting responsible social behaviour
  • limiting excessive use of energy and raw materials

Wine management

It is the school’s responsibility to make a commitment to support a department that is not only very much a well-established feature of our region but which also forms part of our national heritage. The school has therefore developed programmes to train those who are active in this sector (French and international) and has been active in many local initiatives such as demonstrations, partnerships, etc.

Operations management (purchase, supply chain, risk and quality…)

BEM maintains a high level of expertise in the major functions of industry and has close links with the main economic actors in this sector.
The high ratings given to our specialised master programmes are clear proof that this expertise is recognised.
