International networks

BEM has long been involved in creating and consolidating networks with a strong international bias.

Academic networks

Universa

Universa is an international competitive exam network for student exchanges in the field of management.

EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development)

The EFMD is an international organisation for development and innovation in management, bringing together the major business schools, institutions and companies.

  • AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business): association to promote and improve education in company management and business
  • Erasmus: European Union educational exchange programme
  • IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions): international network of information services and library resources
  • Aslib: world organisation for information in management

Global Responsibility networks

BEM is also involved in discussion and action groups on global responsibility. The school has been active in this area for a long time, and has initiated or is active in several different networks, such as the Global Responsibility Leadership Initiative (founder member) and the Global Compact.

These networks are more particularly interested in development and promoting global responsibility in all its different forms: economic, environmental, societal.

Professional networks

We belong to professional networks specialised in different core businesses, which reflect our areas of expertise.

  • SCC - Supply-Chain Council
  • CSCMP - Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals
  • ELA - European Logistics Association
  • CIPS - Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply

Faculty

International teacher-researchers also participate actively in these networks. 35% of BEM faculty are from overseas; 11 nationalities are represented on campus among our professors.
