Curriculum

The wine industry is changing and complex. In order to help our participants reach top management positions within this industry, we provide them with the leadership skills, management acumen, and wine market insight essential to confront such a complex business environment. We also provide them with the necessary support in terms of career development.

♦ Managing People: To help you develop management and leadership skills, and define your professional project.

♦ 6 disciplines to apply management fundamentals to the wine industry:

  • Wine Marketing

  • Corporate Finance

  • Strategic Management

  • Supply Chain and Operations Management

  • Information Systems Management

  • Wine Economics

♦ Wine Markets: A comprehensive overview of major wine producing and consuming markets.

♦The Wine MBA dissertation: A research-based project analyzing a wine business issue.

The Wine MBA programme is part-time, enabling participants to combine their professional commitments with the programme requirements.

The total out-of-office time is only 12 weeks over a 22-month period, from January 2010 to October 2011.

The school year ends in October 2011, with the oral defense of the dissertation at BEM, in Bordeaux.
