Their emphasis on flexibility allows for better response to customer demands, which are now an integral part of the global thinking process surrounding the supply chain strategy.

Professionals with essential management skills for a cross-functional role

We educate manager that fulfills various roles:

  • define organisational strategies at an international scale
  • choose the best locations worldwide to set up supplier, production unit and distribution activities
  • implement logistics best practices for suppliers, clients and in his own firm's network
  • develop logistics plans that reflect customer- and country-specific attributes
  • manage multicultural teams with a view towards the acceleration of information (and financial) flows and products

These principal responsabilities require multicultural team management skills, plus a global vision, not only of the firm (purchasing, production, distribution, marketing) but also of all of its partners, ranging from upstream suppliers to the providers of logistics services. With his ability to listen and to incorporate all of these partners into a supply chain, the supply chain manager proposes approaches that are novel - and he/she is therefore a source of creativity that makes it possible to rethink new, and winning strategies.
