Global Supply Chain Management - ISLI
This year’s 22nd Annual Supply Chain Forum, “Chain Reaction”, will be an inside look at how companies transformed their Supply Chains to survive the economic downturn.
These turbulent times have impacted the business world in many ways: mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, and unprecedented government intervention.
In order to restore profitability, companies have been forced to rethink their strategies, values and principals, and day-to-day operations addressing uncertainties such as supplier instability, demand shortages, and shifting customer requirements.
This year’s forum will examine how the four traditional tools of Collaboration, Innovation, Flexibility, and Reengineering, were re-invented and applied to address the new challenges to economic survival.
The forum will host: PROCTER & GAMBLE, DHL & JAGUAR, DANONE, INTEL, BOEING, DELL, RENAULT TRUCKS, PANASONIC FACTORY SOLUTIONS COMPANY, LOUIS VUITTON, MAERSK,DUNAVANT ENTERPRISES, SAMSUNG.
