The theoretical part of the course consists of 560 hours spread over one year. At BEM, students have ten weeks of intensive courses in October, November and December (i.e. 290 hours). From January to October, 270 hours of 1- or 2-day “one-off” seminars are organised, every other week at Palais Brongniart in Paris.

The introductory courses are based on 5 modules:

  • Economics and communication
  • Asset review and diagnosis, real estate asset management
