The Informathèque participates in a number of partnerships: APEC, RIME, DELPHES-INDEXPRESSE, ASLIB, IFLA and ACIEGE.
BEM signed a partnership in october 2000, with the APEC (Association for the employment of executive staff). Thus the Informathèque is able to offer APEC publications:
RIME is a directory of web sites selected and analysed by a network of information professionals. This association, founded in 2000, brings together twenty or so “Grandes Ecoles” and Universities including BEM. Each school is responsible for a particular domain of interest the Informathèque operates an information watch on corporate strategy.
Delphes is a data base that offers 700 economic and professional journals (regional and national) which are analysed by the network of Chambers of commerce documentation centres. This data base composed of 200 000 abstracted article references, of which certain are produced by the BEM librarians.
Association founded in the UK in 1924. Its members are private and public sector companies, organisations and government departments throughout the world. It provides a platform to participate in the representation and lobbying of governments and bodies nationally and internationally who determine the regulatory framework of information professionals. BEM is a member of the « Economics and business group » within the association. ASLIB also offers its members access to a number of publications of which the following are available at the Informathèque:
As an international NGO IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) is the leading international body representing the interests of library and information services and their users. It is the global voice of the library and information profession.
Founded in 1993, The Association of Grandes Ecoles head librarians (ACIEGE) is an independent organisation that promotes communication between members, networking head librarians who share the same interests.
