International partnerships
BEM has signed agreements with institutions across the 5 continents. It is our mutual recognition of excellent qualities, often confirmed by accreditations, that enables us to sign these agreements with confidence. They relate to exchanges of students and faculty too.
Cooperation agreements
Cooperation agreements offer our students the possibility of studying abroad over a long period (minimum 1 semester) and also enable us to receive incoming students on the campus here in Bordeaux, and to enrich the multicultural experience for everyone. These agreements also cover exchanges of faculty members.
Most of our exchange agreements within the European Union are made via the ERASMUS network, with over 50 partners from Ireland to Estonia.
Outside this European network, our partners are drawn from much further afield: about 75 partners from South Africa to Canada, from Mexico to New Zealand, and passing through some fifteen United States universities, to make a total of 28 countries outside the European Union.
