Where to live?
On campus
Managed by Domofrance and reserved for BEM students, Le Campus student residence offers 159 housing units (studios and duplex apartments). The residence also includes a range of services such as tennis court, laundry and caretaker.
Close to the School
You will find many apartments available for rent in Talence and the surrounding towns (Bordeaux, Gradignan, Pessac, Villenave d'Ornon). These towns are within minutes of BEM by public transport. BEM students can access a special selection of private rental listings via the Immo School platform. For short or medium term renting, you can benefit from our partnerships with hotel residences based in Mérignac and Talence.
In Bordeaux
BEM (Campus 1 & 2) is only twenty minutes away from the Bordeaux city centre by tramway (line B). Many students opt for flat-sharing, renting large apartments in lively areas such as Saint Pierre, la Victoire, Sainte Catherine, Saint Michel or other quartiers located along the tramway line (Barrière St Genès, Cours de l’Argonne etc. ).
In Mérignac
If your course is delivered on Campus 3, we would advise you to look for accommodation somewhere close to tramway line A or Liane bus lane 1.
