The BEM student association Gliss’n Co is organising the 19th annual Surf’n Co from Thursday 10 to Sunday 11 May 2008 at Seignosse (40). A conference on the theme of “Surfbusiness and sustainable development” is organised on Wednesday 7 May at BEM.
“Coup de cœur 2008” from the Nicolas Hulot foundation for its commitment to eco-citizenship, the Surf’n Co event brings together the largest number of students in Europe.
Sporting event dedicated to the world of surfing and similar sports with national and international competitions (surf tandem World Championship, National University surfing Critérium, Skateboard Contest, etc.), Surf’n co is also a cultural event with a programme of concerts, exhibitions and photography competitions.
To open this 19th edition, the Gliss’n Co association is organising a conference on the theme of “Surfbusiness and sustainable development”.
This will take place at BEM on Wednesday 7 May, with some important speakers present, such as the Surf Rider Foundation and ADEME (Agence De l’Environnement et de la Maitrise d’Energie).
